Established in April 2006, I offer a range of specialist services to House Builders/Developers, Architects, Estate Agents, Landlords and members of the public who wish to sell their property.

 

Having trained in Estate Agency in the 1980's and then specialising in New Homes work from the early 1990's, I have over 20 years experience in the property market and am able to offer a broad range experience to all my clients.

 

Services to Housebuilders & Architects include:

• Providing Home Information Packs including SAP for off plan sales and on construction Energy Performance Certificates for completed units
• Introduction of Land & Development opportunities
• Detailed market research, off plan valuations and assessment of Gross Development Value
• On Site Sales Cover
• Preparing Reservation and Handover Packs
• Preparation of floor and site plans to include within a sales brochure

 

 

Members of the public who wish to sell their house must now provide a Home Information Pack. I am a qualified  Domestic Energy Assessor and offer Energy Performance Certificates or complete Home Information Packs to a variety of clients including private individuals Landlords, Estate Agents, Solicitors and panel providers.
