Working in conjunction with Estate Energy Solutions, I am accredited to prepare Energy
Performance Certificates on a wide range of commercial properties.
Due to the wide and varied nature of Commercial property, each assessment is priced on an
individual basis depending on the size and complexity of the building and the level of information a client is able to provide.
For example, where up to date scale plans are available, this will reduce the time on site and a lower fee can be charged.
