As the Proprietor, Paul Foster offers a wealth of property experience gained from over 20 years in Estate Agency and Housebuilding and takes pride in offering a prompt, reliable and quality service to his clients.

Started in 2006, the Company was initially run from home but with an increasing workload, the front bedroom just wasn't big enough!

In January 2010, the business moved to a first floor office on the corner of Black Bull Lane and Kings Drive in Fulwood and this provides an excellent base to cover the Fulwood and Preston postcodes.

All work is completed personally and the business has grown steadily over the past 5 years through high quality service, recommendations and establishing strong links with local companies.
