Energy Performance Certificates (EPC's) are commonplace
when buying an electrical appliance such as a fridge or washing machine and as a positive step to reducing how much energy
we use to heat our homes, certificates are needed on both houses being sold and those being offered for rent.
Energy Performance Certificates have formed part of
the Home Information Pack for many months and as from October 1st 2008, properties exempt from needing a HIP must have an
EPC. In addition, for rented properties, Landlords must provide and show an EPC to their tenants.
I am fully qualified and accredited to provide Energy
Performance Certificates for both house sellers and Landlords and discounts are available for Landlords with multiple
