When residential and commercial properties are being sold or rented, the owner has
a legal requirement to provide an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC). Changes announced in February 2011 have widened the
scope of the EPC and owners of homes used for holiday rentals will fall under the regulations from the middle of 2011.
All work is completed personally with the emphasis being placed on providing a prompt and professional
service. Appointments to survey properties are flexible and geared to the customer with early mornings, evenings and
weekends all being available.
Wherever possible, domestic EPC's are issued within 24 hours and more often than
not, a same day service is provided. Depending on the complexity of the building, Commercial EPC's are normally issued
in 2 to 4 days.
