I have considerable "on site" sales experience
including 5 years with Barratt's, and am available to cover for holidays, sickness or when an extra pair of
hands may be needed such as at the launch of a new site

Competitor reports provide useful and updated information
of other new developments within the area and can be prepared on a monthly basis
Reservation and Handover Packs
Whilst many purchasers will be familiar with
the housebuying process for an existing property, buying a new home raises all manner of questions from details of the
gas and electric supplier through to warranties, extras, completion dates, having carpets fitted etc.
By providing a professionally prepared Reservation
Pack when the reservation form is completed, Builders and Developers are able to give their purchasers a complete guide
to buying their property including information about the Developer, the reservation process, what action the buyer
needs to take and when it needs to be done together with comprehensive answers to the more frequently asked
questions.
Tailored to the Development, I produce
Reservation Packs for all the plots currently on release allowing them to be given to a buyer by your Sales staff when a reservation
is taken.
All new appliances will have instruction
booklets and these along with other information and documents including the NHBC Health & Safety Card/Booklet and
key release form with meter readings can be presented with the keys on completion day. A Handover Pack allows all this
necessary information to be presented in a personalised and professional Pack.
Working with a Developer, Handover Packs
are prepared in advance of completion ready for providing to a purchaser.
In the future, when the purchaser moves again,
Handover Packs are frequently left for the new owner providing excellent advertising and promotion for the Developer.
Preparation
of floor and site plans
Working
with specialists who produce CAD plans, floor and site plans can be prepared to include within a sales brochure
Home Information Packs
From 6th April 2008, Builders and Developers
will be required to prepare a Home Information Pack for properties sold off plan and any completed units being offered
for sale.
In addition to the other mandatory documents,
off plan sales will require SAP, and completed units will need to have an on construction Energy Performance
Certificate.
Complete New Build HIPs can be provided.
