A full £ per square foot analysis of both New Build and established properties within the area of a proposed Development is completed.  This provides an overview of the entire market place within an area and allows an informed decision to be made at the design stage about the size and style of properties to be built. 

Off Plan Opinion of Values 

Offered as a package with Market Research, these reports can be used for a variety of purposes including:

Calculation of Gross Development Value prior to submitting a land offer

To support an application for development funding

Assessment of the most suitable house type, size and specification to acheive the optimum return

SAP and Energy Performance Certificates
New homes also need Energy Performance Certificates.
SAP, Predicted Energy Assessments, Air Testing and final Energy Performance Certificates can be provided.
